Job summary

Invited is seeking a Head Golf Professional at Wildflower Country Club in Temple, TX. You will oversee golf shop operations, deliver top-notch instruction, and lead programs that engage members and guests.

A PGA/LPGA certification and 5+ years in golf operations are required, with a strong emphasis on leadership, budgeting, and customer service. You will manage staff, coordinate clinics and events, and drive revenue through innovative programming, member engagement, and high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service.
• PGA or LPGA Certification mandatory.
• College degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, friendly customer service across all pro-shop areas.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction per Invited and PGA/LPGA standards.
• Develop and promote clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Promote golf and the club with high professionalism, service, and engagement.
• Lead committees, host clinics for groups, and play rounds with members/guests.
• Create and manage an annual golf calendar of activities and events.
• Establish and achieve sales and instruction goals within Invited’s budgeting guidelines.
• Oversee golf operations staff, including marshals, starters, and shop attendants.
• Train, motivate, and conduct regular staff meetings to maintain a cohesive team.
• Direct golf operations staff hiring, evaluation, and development.
• Build a service of excellence team focused on value, member satisfaction, and retention.
• Plan, promote, and execute tournaments and special events with coordination across departments.
• Oversee event promotion, scheduling, execution, and wrap-up.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to club guidelines, including closing functions.
