Antelope Hills Golf Club in Tamarac, FL, seeks a full-time Head Golf Professional to oversee all golf operations, staff leadership, and guest experiences. The role emphasizes service quality and operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality setting as part of Troon’s global network.

The candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and training, while delivering lessons and clinics to members and guests. PGA Class A is preferred and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily golf operations, tournaments, and tee sheet activity.
• Manages staff, payroll, training, and performance evaluations.

• Works with Superintendent and F&B to ensure smooth operations.
