Job summary

Eagle Landing Golf Club in Orange Park, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a Head Golf Professional to lead all golf operations and promote outstanding guest service.

You will supervise golf staff, manage tee times, organize tournaments, and coordinate instruction programs while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

The role requires PGA/LPGA active membership and prior head or first assistant experience; compensation includes base salary and performance bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as 1st Assistant Golf Professional or Head Golf Professional.
• PGA / LPGA Active Membership.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience in golf operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all facets of the golf operation.
• Promotes member and guest relations and quality golf experience.
• Manages tee sheets, tournaments, and practice facility operations.
