Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• PGA/LPGA Class A certification required.
• Experience in managing golf operations and leading staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees golf operations including tournaments, tee sheet activity, and cart fleet.
• Provides leadership and direction to golf staff and mentors career growth.
• Delivers golf instruction through lessons and clinics to members and guests.
• Prepares schedules, assigns responsibilities, and manages payroll adjustments.
• Maintains high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
