• Strong budgeting and revenue planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member/guest service across all areas of the pro-shop.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction to members/guests per PGA/LPGA standards.
• Develop clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Lead golf shop operations, supervise staff, and manage calendars.
• Promote revenue growth through programming and events.
• Plan and oversee tournaments and special golf events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and closing procedures.
