Job summary

The Woodlands Country Club, under Arcis Golf, seeks a Head Golf Professional to lead daily golf operations and deliver an exceptional member and guest experience at The Woodlands, TX. This role provides leadership to the golf professional team, outside services, and tournament operations while driving participation in golf programs.

Qualifications

• PGA Membership required.
• Private club leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily golf operations and ensure an exceptional member/guest experience.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop Assistant Golf Professionals and staff.
• Oversee tee sheet, pace of play, tournaments, events, and overall golf programming.
• Develop and promote instruction programs, junior golf, and player development.
• Oversee golf merchandising, inventory, budgeting, and revenue goals.
