Job summary

Wild Spring Dunes, a premier East Texas golf resort, seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations and guest experience. This role requires a passion for golf and a commitment to top-tier hospitality, with opportunities to lead a developing team during pre-opening and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate has PGA Class A or is enrolled in the Apprentice program, plus 1 year in golf operations and 2-3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred.
• PGA Class A Member or enrolled in PGA Apprentice Program.
• 1 year of relevant experience in golf operations, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-profile customer service in golf, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day golf operations with the Golf Professional team.
• Manage tee times, guest check-in, and shop interactions.
• Coordinate Starters, Hosts, Outside Services, and Valet teams.
• Support tournaments, events, and group outings.
• Provide instruction and player development opportunities.
