Qualifications

• Knowledge of activity rules and recent developments applicable to the program.
• Ability to lead, build rapport with students, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Experience coaching/advising in an Extended Day Duty setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with students and provide sound leadership.
• Maintain communication with Principal/AD regarding program activities.
• Develop accountability systems for equipment upkeep and safety.
• Attend practices and contests and evaluate the activity.
• Prepare reports and make improvement recommendations.
