Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor for Cowtown Coliseum in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee all event security operations, lead pre-event briefings, and manage guest screening at entry points to ensure safe, orderly events.

This role requires strong leadership, crowd-management skills, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents, including medical emergencies. A valid Texas security license is preferred and experience with livestock environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead role experience.
• Knowledge of crowd control, access management, and emergency response protocols.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with large crowds and livestock.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification or willingness to obtain.
• Texas security license (Level II or III) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all event security operations across the Coliseum.
• Lead pre-event planning and security briefings with staff, vendors, and public safety partners.
• Oversee guest screening procedures and access control at all entry points.
• Monitor crowds and ensure proper flow, especially during high-attendance events.
• Respond to and manage incidents, altercations, or medical emergencies with professionalism.
• Protect event participants, livestock, and property by maintaining a strong security presence in and around the arena.
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports for management and authorities as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards or security concerns.
• Train, mentor, and schedule usher personnel to meet event-specific needs.
• Serve as a liaison between local Law Enforcement and Fire Department to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration for all joint initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Cowtown Coliseum, ASM Global/Legends policies, Texas state regulations, and public safety standards.
