Job Responsibilities
- Meet the top-line national sales objectives for the eCommerce channel.
- Take overall responsibility for sales to accounts.
- Ensure stock availability with high forecasting accuracy.
- Maintain fill rates of 95%+ across all chains.
- Develop and manage annual business plans for eCommerce accounts.
- Formulate a vision for the next 3-5 years for the business.
- Set annual targets for eCommerce.
- Negotiate and sign Terms of Trade (ToT).
- Ensure ToT execution and adherence.
- Manage account-wise profitability and cost of sales.
- Establish models to measure key account profitability.
- Maximize returns for ANI through various activities.
- Monitor the cost of doing business with eCommerce accounts.
- Challenge existing routes to market and suggest cost-reduction strategies.
- Manage credit, collections, and prevent bad debts.
- Ensure collection as per credit policy and settle claims/credit notes timely.
- Deliver successful launches and new product introductions with robust plans.
- Manage channel and category advisory roles, leveraging shopper insights to drive category growth.
- Increase ANI's contribution share from existing levels.
- Explore exclusive eCommerce SKUs to leverage strengths.
- Manage interfaces with all accounts and develop strong relationships.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews with accounts.
- Share best practices from regional and global initiatives.
- Lead process changes like new product launches and pack changes.
- Keep informed about industry developments and anticipate eCommerce trends.
- Organize top management meetings with accounts to discuss growth and expansion plans.
