Roles and Responsibilities

The Lead QA Analyst is responsible to lead, manage and execute the entire lifecycle of a testing project from strategic planning to tactical activities. This role is expected to possess and demonstrate a deep understanding of IT operations, business operations, and corresponding processes and capabilities within various applications under test.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

• 5+ years of Functional Testing - Manual Testing experience

• Experience in E-commerce Application Testing and Estimation & Resource Planning

• Knowledge in COTS Products.

• Test Strategizing and Planning

• Testing Process and Metrics

• Technology Trends

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 – 100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
