Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in North Dakota is seeking a Store Manager who can lead a busy department, deliver outstanding athlete experiences, and uphold merchandising and presentation standards every day. You will partner with the store leadership team to plan, execute, and optimize operations that keep customers safe, informed, and excited to return.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate information about products and offerings.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards across floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Lead and develop plans with store leadership to support department priorities and budgets.
• Build and coach a strong team, assign workloads, and schedule to meet traffic and financial goals.
• Ensure safety, policies, and procedures are followed; maintain a welcoming environment for teammates and athletes.
