Qualifications

• Six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Four years of store management experience.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to utilize conflict resolution and coaching techniques.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive store growth strategies while ensuring safety and operational standards.
