Qualifications

• Six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Four years of store management experience.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services.
• Lead your team with courage and cultivate an environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability while maintaining safety and standards.
• Foster a high performing, engaged team with a culture of recognition and rewards.
• Drive store operation excellence and execute brand initiatives, including P/L, labor, expenses, activations and programs.
