Job summary

NIKE Park City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-volume retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will coach and develop teammates, drive customer service excellence, and execute store growth strategies within a community-focused Nike store.

As Assistant Head Coach, you will recruit and onboard staff, manage daily operations, and champion Nike Service Principles while delivering positive customer moments and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools to succeed daily.
• Lead store team and drive business results, budgeting and customer service.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
