• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing processes in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by balancing people, operations, and business performance
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Deliver clean, hospitable guest experiences and make data-informed decisions
• Drive sales and profit by analyzing reports and creating effective schedules
