South Block in Charlotte is seeking a Head Coach to lead a team, set the tone for an excellent guest experience, and drive store performance. You’ll build schedules, handle guest needs, and coach team members across roles to ensure high standards and a positive, inclusive culture.

You’ll bring 2+ years of team management, a can-do attitude, and a passion for hospitality. The role offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, and a supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Demonstrates passion for creating awesome guest experiences.
• Stays calm, flexible and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Willingness to jump in and lead by example.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead with an owner’s mentality to ensure the team delivers high standards.
• Build schedules balancing business needs with team happiness.
• Serve as the go-to person for guest needs and celebrate wins.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across roles.
• Keep store running smoothly: order supplies, track inventory, deposits, cleanliness.
• Hire great people, onboard them, and help them grow into leaders.
• Model positivity and South Block spirit for the block.
