Job summary

The College of Lake County is seeking a Head Men's & Women's Bowling Coach to lead the athletics program on the Grayslake campus. You will oversee all aspects of the bowling program in alignment with Department of Intercollegiate Athletics policies and NJCAA regulations.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coordinating practices at Lakeside Bowling & Recreation Center, arranging travel, fundraising, and supporting student-athlete academic success in partnership with the Athletic Director.

Qualifications

• Experience as a successful coach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of USBC Bylaws.
• Technical knowledge of the sport of bowling.
• Strong desire to recruit a full and competitive roster.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit highly capable student-athletes.
• Conduct practices off-campus at Lakeside Bowling and Recreation Center.
• Oversee off-season workouts and scheduling of tournaments.
• Arrange travel and lodging for competitions.
• Lead fundraising efforts and support academic success for athletes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
