The College of Lake County is seeking a qualified Head Men's & Women's Bowling Coach to join the athletics team at the Grayslake Campus.

This part-time faculty position offers opportunities to recruit, mentor student-athletes and contribute to academic success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a successful coach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of USBC Bylaws.
• Technical knowledge of the sport of bowling.
• Strong desire to recruit a full and competitive roster.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting highly capable student-athletes.
• Conducting practices off-campus at Lakeside Bowling and Recreation Center.
• Off-season workouts.
• Scheduling tournaments.
• Travel arrangements.
• Fundraising.
• Championing academic success.
• Other duties assigned by Athletic Director.

• Experience as a successful coach.

Desired Qualification(s)

• Previous college coaching experience.
• Demonstrated experience as an effective recruiter.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
