This role is ideal for someone who is a strong cook but also thinks systematically — someone who cares about measuring, standardizing, improving processes, and producing the same high-quality product every time.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking and kitchen fundamentals.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Comfortable working from precise recipes, measurements, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food prep and production.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across every meal.
• Follow and improve standardized recipes and preparation procedures.
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
• Use our kitchen technology and production tools.
• Manage prep schedules, inventory, and ingredient organization.
• Reduce waste and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Help train and oversee additional kitchen staff as we grow.
