Ideal candidates have 3+ years as Head Chef, strong staff coaching skills, and a proven track record of stability and growth in a premier dining environment. On-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Head Chef Requirements and Qualifications:

• Good career tenure.
• 3 plus years of experience in the role of Head Chef.
• Full-Service, Upscale High Volume Restaurant experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP regulations.
• Coaching and developing the kitchen staff.
• NRO experience is preferred
• Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
• Motivating the team through thick and thin.
