Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Strong background in menu development and budgeting.
• Experience managing kitchen operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as personnel manager in absence of Sous/Executive Chef.
• Oversee open and close kitchen procedures.
• Ensure quality and safety standards across kitchen.
• Hire, onboard and train new kitchen staff.
• Plan menus and manage food utilization and inventory.
• Coordinate with management for seamless front/back of house.
• Cost finished plates and monitor labor and food costs.
