• Ability to operate all kitchen equipment.
• Experience in cost and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the personnel manager for the relevant shift.
• Oversees and executes kitchen open and close procedures.
• Ensures quality of product served.
• Interviews, hires, and trains new kitchen staff.
• Plans menus and manages food surpluses and inventory.
• Collaborates with restaurant management to coordinate front and back of house.
