Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe in the Boston area is seeking a Cafe Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations, lead a team of up to 25 including Line and Prep Cooks and Dishwashers, and elevate food quality and hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume cafe.

You will collaborate with Front and Back of House, uphold safety standards, develop and coach staff, and ensure schedule flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a role offering competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
