Led by Chef Junghyun “JP” Park and Ellia Park, NA:EUN Hospitality oversees acclaimed restaurant brands such as Atoboy, Atomix, NARO, and the new ACRU.

Job Overview:

NA:EUN seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. You will work closely with owners and staff to ensure smooth operations, uphold high standards, and foster a positive environment. We desire a passionate leader committed to growth and excellence.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Leading and supporting the kitchen team, ensuring readiness and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining a professional, efficient work environment.
• Monitoring staffing, labor costs, and food quality.
• Overseeing service, inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
• Training staff and developing menu offerings in collaboration with Chef Park and Sous Chefs.
• Managing administrative tasks like scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews.
• Ensuring legal compliance and safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Stand and walk for entire shifts, using tools and equipment safely.
