The Head Chef will oversee daily meal preparation, menu planning, and inventory management. You'll ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and innovate recipes to meet customer preferences.

The Head Chef will work with the kitchen team in a professional environment in Austin, TX. Collaboration with other departments is essential for seamless operations.

The salary range for this position is between $30,000 and $43,462 per year, with the exact amount typically determined by factors such as experience, education, and location. In addition to the base salary, employees can also benefit from a comprehensive health insurance plan that covers medical, dental, and vision care, as well as a generous paid time off policy that includes vacation days, sick leave, and holidays. Furthermore, there is the potential for performance bonuses, which are awarded based on individual and departmental achievements, thereby providing an additional incentive for employees to excel in their roles.
