You will supervise cashiers, assist with store operations, and help hire and train staff while ensuring accurate cash handling and compliance with company policies and state laws.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years cashiering experience including leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to be a role model for customers.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (registers, calculator, scanner).
• Strong math and cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and staying organized.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide proactive guidance to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Monitor cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Schedule breaks and ensure compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain security by monitoring exit doors and loss prevention.
