Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front-end team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support cashiers and courtesy clerks; visit registers to guide operations.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring/training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
