Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service per Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Trains and coaches associates in duties and sales opportunities.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety within assigned area.
