Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service and assists customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Answers customer and employee questions, guiding through projects as needed.
• Communicates information on stock, special orders, features, warranties, and Lowe's programs.
• Trains and coaches associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
