Formación

• Ability to identify customer needs and assist with product selection and loading.

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers, helps locate, demonstrate, and load merchandise.
• Responds to questions and guides customers through projects in-store.
• Operates cash register and processes sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Assists in security, stock organization, and price matching as needed.
