• Explains stock, special orders, benefits, warranties, and Lowe's programs.
• Trains and coaches associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Operates the cash register for sales, returns, and refunds.
• Maintains accuracy with cash handling and drawer reconciliation.
• Monitors store areas for security and safety while assisting customers.
