Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs
• Seeks out customers, assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise
• Responds to customer and employee questions and guides projects on the floor
• Communicates information on stock, feature benefits, and warranty information
• Coaches and trains associates in various departmental duties or sales opportunities
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds
