Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Responds to customer and employee questions and guides them through projects as needed.
• Communicates information about stock, special orders, and Lowe's programs to customers.
• Coaches and trains associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
