Sprouts Farmers Market in Buford, GA is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team, set a positive example, and provide outstanding customer service while modeling healthy living values.

You will supervise cashiers, assist with store operations, coach staff, schedule breaks in compliance with policy, handle cash accurately, lift up to 30 lbs, and help recruit and train new teammates, all while delivering a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong communication.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Strong math, cash handling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull carts as needed.
