Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Answer customer questions knowledgeably and guide them to solutions at the store.
• Explain stock, feature benefits, warranties, and Lowe’s programs to customers.
• Operate the register and process sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking and safety duties.
