Job summary

UFC Gym Whitestown seeks a Head BJJ Coach to lead the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program and ensure an outstanding member experience. The role focuses on delivering private and small group training while driving revenue and maintaining high standards of class quality.

This position requires weekend availability and collaboration with other UFC GYM BJJ instructors to uphold program integrity, belt promotions, and community engagement across sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related teaching experience.
• BJJ Brown or Black Belt Certificate.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience as a trainer or coach.
• Able to work weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location.
• Coordinate UFC GYM BJJ Youth and Adult programs.
• Promote UFC GYM BJJ in house events, tournaments and seminars.
• Sell and schedule Private & Small Group Training with Members.
• Ensure instructors follow curriculum and safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized mat and training spaces.
