Job summary

UFC GYM in North Brunswick Township is seeking a Head BJJ Coach to enhance member experience and oversee the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of training techniques and demonstrate a strong customer service focus.

This role involves conducting private training sessions, coordinating programs, and ensuring the quality of the BJJ curriculum. A minimum of a Black Belt and previous teaching experience are required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience operating office equipment such as computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location.
• Sell and conduct Private & Small Group Training.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
