Job summary

UFC GYM Woodbridge is seeking an experienced BJJ program lead to manage and grow our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offerings for youth and adults. You will coordinate class schedules, promotions, and events while ensuring instructors adhere to UFC GYM curricula and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring private training expertise, strong customer service, and a track record in coaching, belt promotions, and competition experience.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of private training from assessment to program design.
• Familiarity with company policies, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel for record-keeping and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee UFC GYM BJJ program for youth and adults.
• Coordinate classes, events, seminars, and belt promotions.
• Ensure instructors follow curriculum, format, and safety rules.
• Promote private and small-group training to members.
• Maintain mat area organization and training space cleanliness.
• Communicate with regional BJJ director and franchise leadership.
