Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• Experience in a similar venue with multiple offerings.
• Fun and energetic personality.
• Passion for coffee and a dynamic beverage program.
• Focus on bringing a team together for a common purpose.
• Thirst for problem solving and going above and beyond.
• Knowledge to develop staff around product, service skills and guest relationships.
• Understands cafe culture and wants to add to the conversation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and deliver an exceptional guest experience through product and service.
• Aware of coffee and milk quality before open and inform management of changes and additions.
• Upskill teams and inspire new members to learn and grow.
• Take ownership of the machine and ensure readiness for DOH inspections.
• Engage with guests and mentor the FOH team to drive results.
• Know when to ask for help and shift gears as needed.
• Find new ways to improve systems and develop a welcoming workplace.
