• 2+ years of experience in a barista or café-focused role.
• A genuine passion for coffee and the craft behind it.
• Confidence with both espresso and filter preparation.
• A positive, energetic personality that lifts the vibe.

• Curiosity, humility, and a drive to improve yourself and those around you.

Responsibilities

• Dial in espresso and filter coffee with confidence, consistency, and care.
• Prepare drinks to high standards, with a focus on quality and speed.
• Manage bar flow and adjust during rush periods to keep things humming.
• Own your space - keep the bar clean, organized, and dialed.
• Engage warmly with guests, making every interaction count.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and 2.i.C to build structure and evolve the coffee program.
• Support the team during DOH inspections and daily compliance checks.
• Always be learning: ask questions, seek feedback, and grow your craft.
