SusieCakes Bakery seeks a dynamic culinary team lead to motivate and train the production staff in cakes, cookies, pies, and bars, following recipes and SOPs. You will oversee daily production assignments, ensure food safety standards, and help develop skills in mixing, baking, and assembling finished goods across multiple bakery locations.

• Associate degree preferred.
• 2 years leadership experience in a team environment.
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations.
• Flexible schedule according to business needs.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead the culinary team in production of cakes, cookies, pies, bars, and other items per recipes and SOPs.
• Develop and train skills in mixing, baking, and building.
• Assign daily production tasks and ensure completion.
• Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to food safety standards.
