Job summary

SusieCakes Bakery is seeking a culinary teammate to lead the decorations team across our cake, cupcake and cookie production. You will motivate and train staff, assign daily decorating tasks, and ensure quality and consistency in finished goods.

The role requires a culinary background with leadership experience and the ability to work across multiple locations. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred.
• 2 years of leadership experience in a team environment.
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team in decorations, finishing and inscribing cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.
• Assign daily decoration tasks to team members and ensure completion.
• Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to food safety standards.
