Job summary

Stadler US Inc. is seeking a Vocational Trainer to lead and continuously improve the Apprenticeship program.

You will own curriculum design, budgeting, hands‑on instruction, and performance evaluation, partnering with mentors and stakeholders to ensure apprentices gain essential skills and know‑how across trades. You will recruit future apprentices, coordinate rotations, and oversee day‑to‑day program success and long‑term growth, working closely with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or equivalent VET certificate.
• Completion of formal vocational training course is required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in electrical assembly or related production fields.
• Must enjoy working with young adults and managing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Apprenticeship program.
• Manage program budget and resources.
• Conduct regular performance assessments with mentors and trainers.
• Develop, document, and update training curriculum and implementation plan.
• Deliver hands‑on instruction on tools and techniques used in the job.
• Coordinate apprentice rotations across internal departments.
• Assist with apprentice recruiting and aptitude assessments.
