Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have own set of basic tools.
• Preferably plastics experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift, reach, bend and climb on a 12-hour shift.
• Read and work from technical manuals; follow written instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machines for proper guarding at shift start.
• Identify machine priority level at shift start and ensure cycle accuracy.
• Verify material loading system and grinders operate on schedule.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document PM work orders.
• Make minor adjustments to fix quality issues and report parts used.
• Record downtime and assist other team members as needed.
