Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Project Engineer to lead High Density Liquid Cooling (HDLC) and Integrated Solutions installation projects across the United States. You will manage technical execution from procurement through commissioning, guiding installers and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with 3+ years in a technical role, can read P&IDs/drawings, and is willing to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of mechanical or project engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead on liquid cooling and IS installation projects.
• Lead installation of CDUs, SFN manifolds, and RDHx from planning to commissioning.
• Develop BOMs and order installation materials with timely delivery.
• Perform pre-installation site walks and validate design assumptions.
• Ensure work complies with Vertiv standards and safety regulations.
