Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a skilled Horizontal Directional Drill Operator for our western U.S. operations. Lead with minimal supervision on HDD sites and work closely with the Foreman to deliver large-scale utility projects.

The role requires 3+ years HDD experience, a valid Class A CDL, and proficiency with Falcon F5 and Ditch Witch controls. Expect extensive travel (90%), competitive hourly pay, and full benefits with a national leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years HDD Operator experience.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Expert proficiency with Falcon F5 and Ditch Witch controls.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time (4–6 week stints).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Direct quality control and ensure compliance on HDD projects.
• Collaborate with the HDD Foreman to execute large-scale utility installs (pipe sizes 6"–24").
