Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a high-level Horizontal Directional Drill Operator for our western U.S. operations. You will lead on-site activities, direct drill operations, and work closely with the HDD Foreman on large-scale utility projects using Ditch Witch and Falcon equipment.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in HDD, a valid Class A CDL, and willingness to travel up to 90% with 4–6 week stints. A sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years HDD Operator experience.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time (typically 4–6 week stints).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Operate HDD rigs (JT25, AT60, JT60) and guide drill bits using Falcon F5.
• Perform pre-operational checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Lead utility potholing and manage tooling changes for various ground conditions.
• Maintain a proactive, positive, and professional attitude toward site safety.
