Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a Housing Choice Voucher Transition Coordinator to support individuals transitioning to federal resources through the Georgia Housing Voucher Program. This role involves completing federal applications, assisting with housing authority processes, and educating individuals about their application status.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a helping field and at least one year of experience in the mental health sector.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in mental health (MH) field.
• 1 Year Documented Experience and Competency in Working in Crisis or within Behavioral Health Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates transitions for GHVP individuals to Federal resources.
• Assists in completing Housing Choice Voucher applications.
• Tracks and organizes HCV transitions.
• Educates individuals on transition progress and application status.
