Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of HUD regulations governing HCV programs.
• Experience with HCV, PBV, HQS, and related compliance areas.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret HUD regs, PIH notices, and CMHA policies.
• Conduct compliance audits and QA reviews of files.
• Review eligibility, income verification, recertifications, and rent calculations.
• Identify risks and prepare corrective action reports.
• Track findings and verify timely corrective actions.
• Support HUD monitoring reviews and SEMAP assessments.
• Analyze audit trends and suggest policy improvements.
• Develop compliance checklists, tools, and performance metrics.
• Deliver compliance training and provide technical assistance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
